What we collect

When you connect a Gmail or Outlook account, we store the OAuth tokens needed to read and (optionally) archive email on your behalf, plus the email content you choose to import. We collect standard account information (email, name) and usage metrics to improve the product.

How we use it

Your imported email is used solely to power your inbox, search, grouping, and AI categorization features. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.

Third-party services

We use Google (Gmail API), Microsoft (Graph API), OpenAI and Google Gemini (AI categorization and embeddings), Supabase (database and auth), and Cloudflare (hosting).

Your rights

You can export or delete all of your data at any time from Settings. Disconnecting an account revokes our access.
